i’ve never made an online reservation before. what do I need to do first?
To put the reservation under your name, you must create an account with us first. Once you have created your account, please follow the steps on the request instructions page.
I don’t have a credit card on file yet. Can I still make a booking request?
Yes! When you send in your request, we will invoice you for the amount due. This amount MUST BE PAID before your group comes in. When you pay the invoice online, you can opt to have your card saved on file for future reservations. When making your next request, you can specify for us to charge the card right away.
Alternatively, you can call our front desk at (650) 362-4100, and, after creating your account, provide your card number to us and we can save it on file for you.
Do i have to rent the full field?
No! You can also rent only half the field. Because of how our resources are set up in the system, we have the field as one resource, not broken into halves. We are working on mediating this to ensure it is simple to follow booking half the field online for the future.
If you’d like only the half field, please specify so in the ‘Notes’ when submitting an online request.
How do I request the full basketball court?
When you look up the dates and times for basketball, you will notice it is split into half court; Side A and Side B. Make sure to select the same date and time for both sides to request the full court.
In this example, I’ve requested both Side A and Side B for August 28th 4:00-5:00 pm.
am I able to book more than one court or field on the same day?
Absolutely! In this example, we’ll be showing how to book a volleyball court for 1 hour, and then half the basketball court for 1 hour.
Can I book more than one court or field at the same time?
Yes! In the below image, you can see I’ve selected two volleyball courts at the same time. Just make sure your dates and times match!
Am I able to check dates of my upcoming rentals on my account?
Yes! On your account, under ‘Dashboard’, scroll to ‘My Upcoming Events’. Our current settings allow you to view your upcoming rentals as far as 30 days out. To see anything more than 30 days out, click ‘View All Events’.
Can I put my events on my apple or google calendar?
Yes! To do so, click on either the Apple or Google icon as show in the image on your account. Apple or Google will guide you through the rest.
