membership faq

  • Normally, customers are charged $10 to come and use our open space for drop-in. A membership allows you to do so for free.

  • Memberships, just like drop-ins, are subject to a space available basis. We recommend you call or use our online system to check for open space before coming.

  • You can buy one in person, or online using the instructions provided below.

    A waiver must be signed before you can purchase a membership. Waivers can be done here:

  • The membership allows use of all facility areas (excluding the arcade) on a space-available basis. Please call or use our line system to check open space before you come.

  • Memberships, like drop-ins, work on a space-available basis, whether it's as short as 15 minutes, or all day, as long as there is space available and you share open space with other members if needed.

  • No; the only way to guarantee court space for your group is a rental.

  • No; a private lesson, coaching session, or team practice requires renting a court space and is subject to our private lesson policy of no more than two students per lesson.

  • Please contact Elizabeth at elizabeth@sportshouse.us regarding membership freezes.

  • The membership begins on the day it's purchased, whether online or in person.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the customer it belongs to.

  • Yes, but the waiver must first be signed by a parent or guardian.

  • Annual membership holders are eligible for a discount on our birthday parties.
