Please call our front desk at (650) 362-4100 and to provide your name and/or phone number. Once we verify which account is yours, we can add your email and send you a link to reset your password. Doing so will enable you to log in online and sign the waiver.

Click the ‘Online Waiver’ button to go to the sign-in page. There is a ‘Forgot Password’ link. Use the email that you put on the paper copy you signed or the system will not recognize you.
If you forgot what email you used, call our front desk at (650) 362-4100 and provide your name and/or phone number so we can find your account. If you wish to change your email inform us and we will do so.

Nope! You are able to add your family members even after you signed the waiver for yourself.
