Please call our front desk at (650) 362-4100 and to provide your name and/or phone number. Once we verify which account is yours, we can add your email and send you a link to reset your password. Doing so will enable you to log in online and sign the waiver.
Click the ‘Online Waiver’ button to go to the sign-in page. There is a ‘Forgot Password’ link. Use the email that you put on the paper copy you signed or the system will not recognize you.
If you forgot what email you used, call our front desk at (650) 362-4100 and provide your name and/or phone number so we can find your account. If you wish to change your email inform us and we will do so.
Nope! You are able to add your family members even after you signed the waiver for yourself.

Step 1

When logged into your account, select ‘My Profile’ and ‘Add Family Member’.

Step 2

The system will automatically go to Adding A Child, but if adding a partner, you can click the provided link on your account.

Step 3

For your partner’s email, this will be the one they’ll use to log in once they’ve signed the waiver.

Step 4

Your partner should receive an email like this.

Step 5

The system will only require them to reset their password; the email they’ll use to log in will be the one they received the email link to in the previous step.

Step 6

After reading through the waiver…

Step 7

…they confirm by providing their initials and password!

Step 8

Children added through this method will appear under ‘Manage Family Accounts’.
